1. How and when can I contact customer service?

Customer service can be contacted every business day from 8h to 16h. In this time period you can order goods over the telephone, submit a complain regarding delivery or resolve any new problems. 3. How to register?

The registration procedure starts by clicking on “Login” or you can register during your purchase before submitting your order. When registering, enter your e-mail address and you will receive an email containing your registration confirmation, and later, the information regarding the order.

4. Why should I register?

As a registered user of our web page, your data for the delivery are automatically uploaded and you do not have to enter them again. Also, in MY PROFILE section, you can always check the information regarding your orders, shopping history, password change, your account data and the delivery. When registering, you can subscribe to our newsletter with current promotions and information.

5. How do I select options for payment and shipping?

Payment options can be found in step 3 of the ordering process and you can read more about every option HERE. Concerning delivery on the entire territory of Slovenia we deliver exclusively GLS in 48h

6. Do you ship goods outside of Slovenia?

Yes, we ship goods outside of Slovenia but for specific reasons of transport and customs, shipping and payment will vary from country to country. For more detailed information, please contact our customer service.

7. How can I search for products?

Products can be searched in multiple ways. According to the area of interest (dentistry or dental technique), manufacturer (in case you know the manufacturer of the desired product) or simply by entering a partial or full name into the search box.

8. How to order?

Once you have chosen the desired product, enter the article number you wish to buy and click TO CART. Repeat the action with every article you wish to order. Once you have finished adding articles, click on the button CART located in the upper right corner of the web page. A new page will be displayed where you can correct or remove articles from your order list. Once you have finished this process, simply follow the instructions for payment, shipping, etc. by clicking CONTINUE. If you encounter any problems, please contact our customer service.

9. How to add articles to the cart?

When you find the desired article, click on INTO CART. If you wish to check the content of your cart, click on the button CART located in the upper right corner of the web page.

10. How to use the list of BOUGHT ARTICLES?

You can find articles you bought earlier either online or through our sales specialists at MY PROFILE > MY ORDERS. From here, you can repeat the past order or you can choose articles you bought at some point in time and put them into the cart.

11. Are online prices the same as when ordering over the telephone?

Online prices may differ from the prices provided by our sales specialists over the phone because they are adapted to the automated ordering process. A discount system and bonuses apply only to online shopping.
