Return policy - Complains

You are entitled to a 30 day return policy!

If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it, exchange it or cancel it (by e-mail, fax or post office without any explanation). The only requirement is that the product is not removed from the original packaging or used.

You have two options:

  • You may contact GLS and arrange the date of submission of the return package. The courier will come for the package and send it back to our address. You can find GLS contact information here
  • You may submit the package on your own or choose another courier service.

Dental Medical does not cover return shipping charges.

We advise you to check the cost of shipping with a post office or other courier services before you decide on one.

In case we sent the wrong product, damaged product or a product damaged during transport we shall cover all shipping charges. We shall cover all shipping charges if the wrong item was sent, the item sent was discovered defective or damaged during transport. In case of damage during transport, please fill in the return form immediately upon delivery. The courier will provide the return form.

In case you are returning a product because of our mistake (wrong colour of product), shipping charges will be refunded. The products that you return will be exchanged or refunded. For more information contact us at

Instructions for product return:

A product must be returned in its original package. Fill in the refund form (you can download it here) and include it with the package. We advise you to check the cost of shipping with a post office or other courier services and make sure that the package is properly closed.

  • Exchange for another product

Select your choice on our return form. Contact our customer service at +386 83 845 960. Returns concerning manufactures (damaged products) will be forwarded to the manufacturer. Upon receiving feedback, we will inform you if the manufacturer accepts your return. In that case, you can choose between exchanging the product or a DentalMedical credit note.


In case you receive a damaged product simply contact us!

Warranty conditions are different depending on the manufacturer and you can find them in the warranty document included with the product!

Usually manufacturers provide warranty from one to three years. You can use your warranty if you have any problems using your product.

If it is possible, describe your problems and provide a photo of the damaged product. We will study the problem and contact you if it makes sense to return the product.

If we are not sure about the damage we will contact the manufacturer and explain the problem, asking for an opinion. You will save money and time if you send back a product with damage not covered by the warranty.

If you are sure you received a damaged product, please send it back with the filled return form and we will forward it to the manufacturer.

After that we must wait for the response from the manufacturer. Response time depends on the manufacturer. The manufacturer will inform you if the fault is included in the warranty and for which products you can exchange it. If it is possible, the manufacturer will repair the product. Otherwise the product will be exchanged. If the desired product is no longer available, you will be offered a new model. In case the manufacturer states that the warranty does not apply (for example, if the product is damaged by abuse or negligence) the product will be sent back. In some cases, the manufacturer will offer you an exchange under specified conditions. In that case you will be informed about further steps.

As soon as we receive the exchanged product we will send it to your address free of charge.
