Expenses	For customers on the territory of Ireland,  Italy, France, Poland, Slovakia, Czeh Republik, Romania, Litvania, Estonia, Latvia, Finnland, Sweden, Spain and Monaco, over 350Eur (with VAT) are free and there is 30kg package weight limit! Packages under 350Eur have set prices depending of the weight. For any questions, please call our CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Time of package delivery*	48h for orders received until 14h
Delivery attempts	The courier service will try to deliver the package two times. In case there is no one present at the given address, the courier will store the package at the nearest distribution center where you will be able to collect it over the next seven business days.
Refunds	If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days without any additional explanation, for more information read here

For problem free delivery, please take into consideration the following:

• It is recommended to provide us with a delivery address at which someone is present at all times. You may also provide us with a work address or a neighbour’s address. If you prefer to receive the delivery later than usual, please contact our customer service. However, if you decide to change the address after the shipment has been sent please call our contact centre at +386 83 845 960.
• Please make sure that your name at the door is readable in order to make it easier for the courier to find your address. If there is no one present at the address, the courier will attempt the delivery one or two more times.
