1. Do you deliver to my neighbourhood?

Yes, delivery is available on the entire territory of Slovenia from 48h to 72h.

2. Can I choose the time of delivery?

It is possible to choose the time of delivery before and after 12pm. Please specify the time in the comment box.

3. What is the package delivery price?

Package delivery is free of charge regardless of the weight for net value price (with VAT) over 70Eur. For all orders below the 70Eur value shall be charged.

4. How will the package be delivered?

All packages are delivered exclusively by GLS. For more detailed information, see the web page here.

5. When can I place my order?

Orders over the phone can be placed every business day up until 16h. Orders received until 14h will be delivered within 48h.

6. Can I change the time of delivery?

Yes, at any given time you can call our customer service and inform us about the changes. We will do everything we can to meet your demands.

7. What will happen if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If for any reason you are unable to receive the package personally and you forgot to inform us, the courier will attempt the delivery one more time.

9. What happens if my shipment is late?

In case you did not receive a package at the agreed time, please contact our customer service at +386 83 845 960 and you will be informed about your package within the shortest time period.

10. What do I do if the goods are damaged?

In case the courier delivers a visually damaged package, please photograph the damage in his/her presence and fill out the form he/she will provide. You can read more about the return policy; complaints and here

11. What if my order is incomplete?

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Articles shall be sent to you as soon as possible at our expense.

12. What if I am not satisfied with the sent articles?

Returning the goods is due within 30 days. Once an agreement is made with a sales representative, you may return the article without any explanations. In this case, the cost of the return shipping shall be covered by the customer. The only condition for returning an article is that the packaging and the product are unused and without damages.
